By accessing or using Verkion, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Verkion for personal or commercial project management purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not modify or copy our software, use it for any commercial purpose outside of project management, or attempt to reverse engineer any software contained within Verkion.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

4. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create and store within Verkion. We do not claim ownership over your data. You may export or delete your data at any time through your account settings.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Verkion or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service, even if Verkion has been notified of the possibility of such damages.
